A kiss is just a kiss, a sigh is just a sigh.
<<Dooley Wilson, actor|singer|musician>>
Not sure if everyone listen to this song before.
Referring to UCLA and Stanford research published in the Feb. 8 advanced online edition of Nature, the discovery confirmed the origin of the unconscious sighing reflex in the brain and the function of the sighing reflex. Sigh is not just a sigh but meaningful and good for your health.
Sighing is indispensable to lung function for living. It's a deep breath involuntarily because when you exhale, you take a second breath on top of it.
A person has twelve sighs per hour on average.
The half-billion, tiny, delicate, balloon-like sacs in the lungs were air transactions. However, sometimes individual sacs collapse. Sac’s collapse will damage the lung exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide ability.
Sighing can bring in twice the volume of normal breath, inflate the alveoli, and pop them again.
If you don't sigh, your lungs will fail over time.
That’s why when you wanna make a sigh, just do it!
