Core Principle

Cleansing oil operates on the "like dissolves like" principle, effectively breaking down stubborn oil-based makeup (such as foundation, lipstick, and waterproof mascara) and sebum on the skin. Upon contact with water, it emulsifies, allowing it to be rinsed away easily with water.
By following the correct cleansing steps, you can achieve the skincare benefits of "nourishing the skin with oil."

Correct Cleansing Steps

1. Start with Dry Hands & Face: Dispense about 2-3 pumps of cleansing oil (adjust amount based on makeup intensity) onto your DRY palms. Apply to your dry face and gently massage in circular motions with your fingertips for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Focus on areas with more makeup, massaging them a few extra times for a thorough cleanse.
2. Emulsify with Water: Wet your hands with a small amount of lukewarm water and continue massaging your face in circular motions. You will see the oily texture instantly turn into a milky white liquid—this process is called "emulsification."
3. Ensure Complete Emulsification: Repeat the process of adding a little water and massaging multiple times to emulsify fully. Continue this massage for at least 20-30 seconds to ensure every area is completely emulsified.
4. Rinse Thoroughly: Finally, rinse your face thoroughly with plenty of flowing lukewarm water until you no longer feel any slippery residue.

· Waterproof Makeup: For waterproof makeup, allow the cleansing oil to sit on your face a bit longer to thoroughly dissolve the makeup with the oil. If you feel the amount of oil is insufficient, you can add more.
· Water Temperature: Use "lukewarm water" instead of hot water to avoid stripping your skin of too much moisture, which can lead to dryness.
